1. Eligibility

  • The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of California who are located within DARCO Construction’s service area at the time of entry (as defined on the Sponsor’s Service Area page).

  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, officers, directors and agents of the Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each are not eligible to participate.

  • Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on May 31, 2026.

​

4. How to Enter

  • To enter during the Entry Period, visit https://www.darco-ca.com/giveaway and complete the online entry form by providing your email address and checking your interest type (Residential or Commercial).

  • No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

  • Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/household during the Entry Period. Additional entries will be void.

  • All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Prize, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) & Odds

  • Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Fellow Stagg EKG Electric Kettle + premium coffee gift set (or similar prize) (the “Prize”).

  • ARV: Approximately US $250 for the Prize.

  • The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • On or about June 1, 2026, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received.

  • The potential winner will be notified by email to the email address submitted with the entry within 5 business days of the drawing.

  • In order to claim the Prize, the potential winner may be required to (a) sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) within 5 days of notification; (b) provide proof of age and residency; and (c) supply any other requested information. If a potential winner fails to comply with these requirements, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted or he/she declines the Prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries.

7. General Prize Conditions

  • The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value for any reason.

  • Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs or expenses not specifically included in the Prize.

  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • If the winner is notified and fails to accept the prize as specified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and/or Prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability & Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize (including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to property).

10. Disqualification

Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with these Official Rules are void. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules or that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

11. Privacy

By entering, each entrant grants permission to the Sponsor to use the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administration of this Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

​

12. Governing Law & Void Where Prohibited

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

13. Miscellaneous

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus, bug, technical failure or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

  • Winner list: To obtain the name of the winner (available after June 1, 2026 for at least 30 days), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: DARCO Construction, 999 W Taylor St., Ste A, San Jose, CA 95126.

  • The official rules cannot be changed after the Sweepstakes begins; any attempt to alter or tamper will be void.
